Refund & Return Policy

At laylo outdoors, we stand behind our products and want you to love what you ordered.

Because many of our items are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than large retail stores.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like to return
• The reason for return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Because items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer's remorse
• Minor color variations (due to screen differences)

Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
